Return Policy
DELIVERY
If the product you have ordered is available in our stocks, it will be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 working days. Products that are not in stock but are still in production are prepared within 3-5 working days and delivered to the cargo company. After the order is received, there is no change or cancellation in your order.
RETURN TERMS
The products you have purchased on our site are subject to exchange or return within 14 business days, depending on stock status. You can request a refund or exchange if the product you purchased is sent incorrectly, incorrectly, damaged or defective. The first step you need to do for a return or exchange request is to send an e-mail message to the pearlyandmore@gmail.com account. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges belong to the buyer.
Custom made products, or products made in our workshop with a personal measurement cannot be returned. Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene, such as earrings, are not returned. Products that cannot be returned or exchanged will be notified to you at the time of purchase.
The product/products you buy are sent to you in boxes and packaging, products that have been opened and unpacked cannot be exchanged or returned.
The product(s) requested to be returned or exchanged must be unused and undamaged. The product/products must be sent to you in their box, bag, and product label as they were sent, with their packaging and tape unopened.
