Order and Membership
Things to consider when ordering:
You can create a free membership on our website. We recommend that you become a member to track and return your previous orders.
Yes, you can create an order without membership. In your non-membership orders, the cargo tracking number is sent to the e-mail address you entered while creating the order.
You can become a member by clicking on the member login field in the upper right corner and filling out the required information on the page that opens.
Shipping and Returns
After placing your order, you can view all the steps you need to follow below.
You can send your return request first by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. What you need to do will be explained to you in detail in the e-mail message that will be sent to you.
• The return period is 15 days from the date you receive it
• Your products must be unused, undamaged, unopened in packaging and bags.
Products made specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged. In terms of health and hygiene, products such as Earrings, or products specified as non-refundable and non-exchangeable products during your order, are not refundable or exchangeable.
• Used, worn, washed or damaged packaging products are not subject to return. In these cases, no refund or exchange will be made.
For returns or exchanges, shipping costs belong to the buyer.
The return process is completed within 2-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product (if the product complies with the return conditions).
In case you lose your invoice, you can request your invoice by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
If the product/products you have purchased are available in stock, they will be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 working days. If the product is not in stock but is under production, its production is completed in our workshop within 3-5 working days and delivered to the cargo company. You are sent an e-mail message to inform you at what stage your product/products are.
When your order is delivered to the cargo company, you will receive a notification e-mail message, and then notifications about the process will continue to come via sms and e-mail.
There is no cargo delivery on public holidays.
